These terms govern your use of selecta-events.com, our community features, and any tickets, services, or merchandise we sell. When you create an account or buy from us, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to create an account, buy tickets, or attend our events. By signing up you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Account

  • You are responsible for the security of your password.
  • Do not impersonate another person.
  • One account per person.
  • We may suspend or delete accounts that abuse the chat, friends, or photo-tagging features.

3. Community features

Chat, friend requests, solo-raver opt-ins, ride sharing, photo self-tagging, and direct messages are provided to help you connect with other ravers. Be civil. Harassment, hate speech, spam, threats, or sharing private information without consent are not allowed and will get your account removed.

4. Tickets and external links

Tickets for SELECTA events are sold by third parties such as GateMe, Resident Advisor, or another ticketing partner indicated on the event page. Their terms apply to the purchase. We are not the merchant of record for those transactions.

5. Shop

Merchandise sold directly through this site is delivered by SELECTA Events. Sale terms, returns, and shipping are described on the shop checkout page. Payments are processed by Montonio and Stripe.

6. Content rights

Logos, photos, videos, posters, and copy on selecta-events.com are owned by SELECTA Events or licensed to us. You may share links and embed posts, but please don't reuse our material commercially without written permission. Press kit assets at /press may be used by editorial outlets with credit.

7. User-submitted content

When you post messages, RSVPs, photos, or DJ submissions, you keep the rights to your content but you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform.

8. Liability

The site is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it online and accurate but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date at the top will change and we will notify registered users if the change is material.
